Will I have the same cleaner for every visit?

If you're happy we're happy. We will always do our best to schedule the same cleaner for you for ongoing service. We'll call you if we have to subsitute for any reason!

 

Do I need to be present while my home is being cleaned?

It's your choice. Many of our clients prefer to give us a key. Some are home while we clean.  A lockbox in a convenient location is also a good option. Many of our clients prefer us to clean while they are at work or out of the home so they come home to a freshly cleaned house!

 

Do I need to provide my own cleaning products?

No. Our cleaners always have a variety of supplies when they visit your home. If you would like our cleaners to use specific products that you supply, please inform them and they will be happy to use them.

We bring our own vacuums too!

 

What if I need to cancel?

We generally require 24 hour advance notice. Life happens.

We do our best to be flexible on a case by case basis.

 

Will my cleaner speak English?

All of our cleaners are English speaking. If you require

another language please let us know,

and we'll do our best to match you up with the right cleaner.

 

What if something is broken or damaged in my home?

In the unlikely event that something is broken or damaged in your home as a result of our services, we will make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. We treat your home like our own,

with considerable care to ensure accidents don't happen.
